Q: Is the diet at The Firm complicated?
A: No not at all. There is no weighing and measuring of your food involved and there is a meal plan drawn up for you to follow day by day, meal for meal.
Q: How often do I need to attend slimming sessions at The Firm?
A: You may either attend The Firm three times a week for thirty minutes or twice a week for forty five minutes. Contracts available are 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.
Q: Are the treatments painful?
A: Not at all! In fact you will find the treatments quite therapeutic as they tone, strengthen and lengthen your muscles. Relax and enjoy some much needed me time.
Q:Are my sessions conducted in a private environment as I am very shy?
A: Yes, you do have your own private cubicle.
Q: Can I lose weight just by just doing the electrotherapy?
A: Electrotherapy works on muscle and not fat so this is why we recommend that our well balanced eating plan is followed while attending your sessions. By following our programme you will lose weight as well as firm and tone your body.
Q: Are there any reasons why I would not be able to slim at The Firm?
A: The only people who we can't treat unfortunately, are people with Epilepsy, a Pacemaker, who have had a stroke or if you are pregnant. It is advisable to communicate with the therapist any other condition you may have before signing up.
Q: How much weight can I expect to lose on your programme?
A: On average, you can expect to lose between 1kg and 1.5kg's in a week. Some people lose slightly more and some people slightly less.
Q: How often will I be weighed and measured on your programme?
A: You will be weighed twice a week and measured once a week. This will ensure that we are able to monitor your progress adequately and be able to help and support you on your weight loss journey.
Q: What type of diet will we be following?
A: Upon joining your therapist will discuss all the relevant information with you regarding your dietary requirements and your exercise regime. From there, we will advise you which of our diets would be best for you to follow. All of our diets are balanced and have been drawn up by a registered Dietician.
Q: How long should I join The Firm for?
A: Ultimately the choice is yours when deciding between our different length of contracts, but try to remember the longer you do any form of exercise, be it at the gym or at The Firm, the better your results will be!
